Airport Service Charge (Exemption) Order, 1994

This order was made on 23rd December, 1994 by the Minister under section 3(2) of the Airport Service Charge Act.
Commencement:   30th January, 1995.
Law Revision Orders
The following Law Revision Orders authorized the insertion and removal of pages under the Law Revision Act Cap.2 now repealed:

This Order may be cited as the Airport Service Charge (Exemption) Order, 1994.
2.
Persons travelling from the Airport by chartered aircraft on sight-seeing tours to a place outside Barbados, for a period not exceeding one day, are exempt from the payment of airport service charge in respect of that journey.
